Return & Exchange Policy

Miniso will gladly exchange or refund qualified items purchased up to 7 days after the purchase date with an original receipt.

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Original condition
  • Undamaged packaging
  • Returned to original purchase store
  • Not applicable on final sale items
  • Exclusions apply for certain membership purchases

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear (bras, boxers, etc.)
  • Socks
  • Slippers
  • Blind Boxes (unless manufacturing defects)

Food, Drinks, and Cosmetics are final sales and not eligible for return or exchange.

Certain Miniso Membership Purchases

Purchases earning Cashback rewards have additional limits. Members with Cashback balances of -$25 or lower cannot process returns.

How to Exchange or Return an Item

Returns and exchanges must be made at the original purchase location only. A staff member will inspect the item to determine eligibility. The customer must complete a refund voucher form. Any gift items that accompanied the original purchase must be returned with the item.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Any MiniPoints and Cashback Rewards earned as part of the original purchase will be deducted automatically.
