Miniso will gladly exchange or refund qualified items purchased up to 7 days after the purchase date with an original receipt. Items must be in their original condition, with undamaged packaging at the original purchase store. Not applicable on final sale items.

Final Sale Items

The following products are considered final sales and ineligible for return/exchange: Underwear (bra, boxers, etc.), Socks, Slippers and Blind Boxes are excluded unless manufacturing issues.

Food, Drinks, and Cosmetics are final sales and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Exchange or Return?

Qualified items can only be exchanged or returned at original purchase store. Our staff will inspect the item and confirm if it is eligible for exchange or return. Once eligibility is confirmed, customer needs to fill out a refund voucher form. All information collected for return or exchange will follow our privacy policy. Miniso reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.

 

Any Gift with Purchase or Promotional give away that was issued in original purchase, should accompany the return.

For refunds, we only credit the original method of payment used to make the purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Any MiniPoints earned as part of the original purchase will be deducted automatically from the account associated with the MiniFriends Membership that was used for the original purchase.
