Promotional Events Terms & Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all promotional events (“Promotions”) offered by MINISO to customers (“Customer(s)”) for the purchase of eligible products. By participating in any Promotion, Customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Promotions are conducted in accordance with applicable federal and provincial consumer protection laws, including the Competition Act and any applicable provincial legislation.

1.    Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to all Promotions, including but not limited to discount offers, bundled purchases, “Buy Three Get One Free” events, and similar offers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of any specific promotional materials, the terms set forth in the applicable promotional materials shall prevail, unless otherwise required by law.

2.    Promotional Duration and Stock Availability

Promotion is valid only during the timeframe specified in the promotional materials and while supplies last. MINISO reserves the right to set quantity limits or exclude specific items from this Promotion. Customers will be notified of stock exhaustion through in-store signage or other reasonable means. 

3.    Final Sale Policy

All items purchased in connection with the Promotion are FINAL SALE, including promotional items and any other items purchased in the same transaction that are not part of the Promotion.  All such items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Customers are encouraged to confirm eligibility, product suitability, and all details at the time of purchase. Exceptions will only be made where required by applicable provincial or federal laws, including but not limited to statutory warranty provisions for defective goods. 

4.    Specific Promotional Offer – “Buy Three Get One Free”

This Promotion applies to purchases of four (4) qualifying items, where the item with the lowest retail price of the group of four will be provided at no cost. The Promotion is valid only for items explicitly identified as eligible in promotional materials or at the point of sale.

Items provided as part of the “free” offer cannot be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for store credit or cash. Items that do not qualify for this offer, as outlined in promotional materials or retail signage, are excluded. 

5.    Store-Specific Application

Promotions are available only at designated store locations as advertised. 

6.    Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MINISO disclaims all liability for:

a.    Errors, omissions, or interruptions relating to Promotions or pricing details, provided reasonable efforts are made to disclose or correct such issues;

b.    Customer dissatisfaction or disputes concerning personal preferences or unavailability of specific products.

MINISO’s total liability for defective goods provided under a Promotion shall be limited exclusively to remedies mandated by law. 

7.    Modifications, Amendments, and Discretionary Rights

MINISO reserves the right to:

a.    Modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice, due to operational, inventory-related, or regulatory reasons;

b.    Clarify or amend any inconsistencies in these Terms, provided such clarifications comply with all applicable consumer protection regulations.

8.    Customer Responsibilities and Disclosures

By participating in a Promotion, the Customer confirms they have reviewed and understood these Terms, as well as any specific terms stated in accompanying promotional materials.
