Gift Card Terms & Conditions

By purchasing and/or using Miniso Gift Cards, it constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. Purchase & Activation

Physical gift cards are available at participating Miniso corporate stores across Canada in various denominations.

Gift cards are non-reloadable and carry no value until activated at the time of purchase.

ALL GIFT CARD SALES ARE FINAL.

2. Use of Gift Cards

Gift Cards can be redeemed for merchandise at participating Miniso stores across Canada, excluding the non-participating locations listed below.

You will need the card number and PIN to complete a purchase. Gift Cards may be void if altered, damaged, or defaced. Gift Cards cannot be used to make purchases through vending machines or claw machines.

When using a Gift Card, the standard purchase amount is deducted first; bonus rewards are deducted last. Multiple Gift Cards may be combined for a single purchase. If the purchase amount exceeds the total card balance, the remaining balance must be paid by an alternate payment method.

GIFT CARDS DO NOT EXPIRE.

3. Restrictions

Gift Cards cannot be resold, refunded, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash except as required by law. Gift Cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen. Miniso reserves the right to cancel Gift Cards obtained fraudulently.

4. Refunds & Returns

Refunds on purchases made with a Gift Card will be processed via the original payment method(s) used in the transaction.

In the event of a partial return, a full refund will first be issued, and the items you wish to keep will be repurchased separately.

In certain provinces, when a Gift Card balance reaches a specified threshold, the remaining balance may be refunded in cash upon request. Bonus rewards cannot be refunded.

6. General Terms

Miniso reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with 30 days' notice posted on the website. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. All disputes shall be adjudicated in Ontario courts.

MINISO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.
