Miniso Gift Card Terms & Conditions

 

By purchasing and/or using Miniso Gift Cards, it constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions ("T&Cs").

1.     Purchase & Activation

·       You can purchase physical Gift Cards in different values at participating Miniso corporate stores in Canada.

·       Gift Cards are not reloadable and have no value until activated at the time of purchase.

·       All Gift Card sales are final.

 

2.     Use of Gift Cards

·       Gift Cards maybe used towards in-store purchases at any Miniso corporate stores in Canada, excluding Miniso franchise stores. You will need the Gift Card number and PIN to complete a purchase, which can both be found on your Gift Card.

·       Gift Cards may be void if altered, damaged, or defaced.

·       Gift Cards cannot be used for purchases from in-store vending machines, including claw machines.

·       Purchases will be deducted from the card amount until the value reaches zero. Any bonus rewards issued in the Gift Card (if any) will be deducted last.

·       Where Gift Cards can be redeemed for cash as permitted by law in certain province(s), the bonus rewards cannot be redeemed.

·       You can use multiple Gift Cards to pay for your purchases. If there is a balance amount owing by you once your Gift Cards have been used, you must select another method of payment to complete your transaction.

·       Gift Cards do not expire.

 

3.     Restrictions

·       Gift Cards cannot be resold, refunded, transferred for value, redeemed for cash except as required by law, replaced if lost or stolen, and are not negotiable instruments.

·       Miniso is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

·       Miniso reserves the right to cancel Gift Cards at any time if obtained illegally including through fraud.

 

4.     Refunds & Returns

·       If you split payment between Gift cards and/or other method of payment, the refunds will be returned using the original form of split payment method(s), as per the original billed transaction in each Gift Cards and/or payment method.

·       Partial returns are not supported for transactions made with a combination of Gift Card and other payment methods. If customers wish to return only part of the items, the entire transaction must be refunded, and any items the customer wishes to keep will be processed as a new purchase. Discounts or promotions applied to the original transaction may not be available in the new purchase.

·       Certain jurisdictions within Canada require that cash refunds are available once a Gift Card has specified amount (or less) remaining on such Gift Card. If applicable in your jurisdiction, you may visit a participating Miniso corporate store to complete the cash-out process for a Gift Card. Bonus rewards cannot be refunded.

 

5.     Balance Inquiry & Customer Service

·       You can check the balance of Gift Cards in store.

·       For any questions related to Gift Cards, please contact customer service giftcard@miniso.ca.

 

6.     General Terms

·       Miniso reserves the right to change this T&Cs at any time in its sole discretion. Miniso will post the amended T&C at www.miniso.ca/giftcards, and for a period of thirty (30) days after we post the amended T&C, we will also post a notice on our website stating that the terms of this T&C have changed. As permitted by applicable law, any change, addition or deletion will become effective at the time we post the revised T&C to our website.

·       The laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to the principles of conflict of law, govern these Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to or arising out of the purchase and/or use of the Gift Cards. Any dispute relating in any way to a Gift Card will be adjudicated by the courts of the Province of Ontario and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

·       MINISO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IF THERE IS ANY ISSUE WITH OR RELATED TO A GIFT CARD (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IF A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL), YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND MINISO’S SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. CERTAIN PROVINCIAL LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS

 

Conditions générales des cartes-cadeaux Miniso

 

En achetant et/ou en utilisant les cartes-cadeaux Miniso, vous acceptez ces conditions générales (« CG »).

1.     Achat et activation

·       Vous pouvez acheter des cartes-cadeaux physiques de différentes valeurs dans les magasins corporatifs Miniso participants au Canada.

·       Les cartes-cadeaux ne peuvent pas être rechargées et n’ont aucune valeur jusqu’à leur activation au moment de l’achat.

·       Toutes les ventes de cartes-cadeaux sont finales.

 

2.     Utilisation des cartes-cadeaux

·       Les cartes-cadeaux peuvent être utilisées pour des achats en magasin dans tous les magasins corporatifs Miniso au Canada, à l’exclusion des magasins franchisés Miniso. Vous aurez besoin du numéro de la carte-cadeau et du code PIN pour compléter un achat, qui se trouvent tous deux sur votre carte-cadeau.

·       Les cartes-cadeaux peuvent être annulées si elles sont altérées, endommagées ou dégradées.

·       Les cartes-cadeaux ne peuvent pas être utilisées pour des achats sur les distributeurs automatiques en magasin, y compris les machines à griffes.

·       Les achats seront déduits du montant de la carte jusqu’à ce que la valeur atteigne zéro. Toute récompense bonus émise avec la carte-cadeau (le cas échéant) sera déduite en dernier.

·       Dans les provinces où les cartes-cadeaux peuvent être échangées contre de l’argent conformément à la loi, les récompenses bonus ne peuvent pas être échangées.

·       Vous pouvez utiliser plusieurs cartes-cadeaux pour régler vos achats. S’il reste un solde dû après l’utilisation de vos cartes-cadeaux, vous devez choisir un autre mode de paiement pour compléter votre transaction.

·       Les cartes-cadeaux n’expirent pas.

 

3.     Restrictions

·       Les cartes-cadeaux ne peuvent pas être revendues, remboursées, transférées contre valeur, échangées contre de l’argent sauf si la loi l’exige, remplacées en cas de perte ou de vol, et ne sont pas des instruments négociables.

·       Miniso n’est pas responsable des cartes-cadeaux perdues ou volées.

·       Miniso se réserve le droit d’annuler les cartes-cadeaux à tout moment si elles ont été obtenues illégalement, y compris par fraude.

 

4.     Remboursements et retours

·       Si vous avez réglé un achat en utilisant plusieurs cartes-cadeaux et/ou un autre mode de paiement, le remboursement sera effectué selon la méthode de paiement originale telle qu’indiquée dans la transaction originale pour chaque carte-cadeau et/ou mode de paiement.

·       Les retours partiels ne sont pas acceptés pour les transactions effectuées avec une combinaison de carte-cadeau et d’autres modes de paiement.

·       Si un client souhaite ne retourner qu’une partie des articles, toute la transaction doit être remboursée, et les articles que le client souhaite conserver seront traités comme un nouvel achat. Les réductions ou promotions appliquées à la transaction initiale peuvent ne pas être disponibles pour le nouvel achat.

·       Certaines juridictions au Canada exigent que des remboursements en espèces soient disponibles lorsque le solde restant d’une carte-cadeau est égal ou inférieur à un certain montant. Le cas échéant, vous pouvez vous rendre dans un magasin corporatif Miniso participant pour compléter le remboursement en espèces. Les récompenses bonus ne peuvent pas être remboursées.

 

5.     Consultation du solde et service client

·       Vous pouvez vérifier le solde des cartes-cadeaux en magasin.

·       Pour toute question concernant les cartes-cadeaux, veuillez contacter le service client à l’adresse suivante : giftcard@miniso.ca.

 

6.     Conditions générales

·       Miniso se réserve le droit de modifier ces CG à tout moment à sa seule discrétion. Miniso publiera les CG modifiées sur www.miniso.ca/giftcards, et pendant une période de trente (30) jours après leur publication, un avis sera également affiché sur notre site Web indiquant que les conditions ont changé. Dans la mesure permise par la loi applicable, toute modification, addition ou suppression prendra effet au moment de la publication des CG révisées sur notre site Web.

·       Les lois de la province de l’Ontario, sans tenir compte des principes de conflit de lois, régissent ces conditions générales et toutes les questions relatives ou découlant de l’achat et/ou de l’utilisation des cartes-cadeaux. Tout litige relatif à une carte-cadeau sera jugé par les tribunaux de la province de l’Ontario et vous vous soumettez à la compétence exclusive de ces tribunaux.

·       MINISO NE FOURNIT AUCUNE GARANTIE, EXPRESSE OU IMPLICITE, RELATIVE AUX CARTES-CADEAUX, Y COMPRIS, SANS LIMITATION, TOUTE GARANTIE EXPRESSE OU IMPLICITE DE QUALITÉ MARCHANDE OU D’ADAPTATION À UN USAGE PARTICULIER, OU DE NON-VIOLATION. EN CAS DE PROBLÈME AVEC UNE CARTE-CADEAU (Y COMPRIS, SANS LIMITATION, SI LE CODE DE LA CARTE-CADEAU NE FONCTIONNE PAS), VOTRE SEUL RECOURS, ET LA SEULE RESPONSABILITÉ DE MINISO, SERA LE REMPLACEMENT DE LA CARTE-CADEAU CONCERNÉE. CERTAINES LOIS PROVINCIALES NE PERMETTENT PAS DE LIMITER LES GARANTIES IMPLICITES OU D’EXCLURE OU DE LIMITER CERTAINS DOMMAGES. SI CES LOIS S’APPLIQUENT, CERTAINES OU TOUTES LES EXCLUSIONS OU LIMITATIONS CI-DESSUS PEUVENT NE PAS S’APPLIQUER, ET VOUS POURRIEZ DISPOSER DE DROITS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES.
